Pretty much, but sealed room really does need a co2 injection of some kind. Might as well boost if its all ready setup to.Set up your environment to cool only. A 60-70 pint dehumidifier should run lights off with room sealed, and keep temps fine.
You don't NEED fresh air or CO2 all the time. Even sealed most of the time if you get a CO2 monitor you will see your CO2 levels will be well within spec.

But yes, I forgot that the dehumidifier throws some heat out! Solves most heating issues when lights are off for sure.
