Is there a way to grow bud with minimal equipment?

Probably gonna get laughed out the forum but is there a way to drow a small plant of decent bud without using growing equipment (i.e lights and shit).

Basically is there a way to grow a (bud) plant with just Seeds, Soil, a plant pot and a bit of fertilizer.

As you can tell I am usually a buyer of cannabis and am starting to make the natural transition into growing.

lol- that is a first.... it's a plant bro! it uses PHOTOsynthesis to get it's energy to grow. why do you want to attempt a grow using NO lights?!?

Obviously I meen U dont need big light systems to grow a sunflower I just wondered if you could do it with out these.

Maybe I should of repharsed is there a way to do it with just:

1. Natural Sunlight
2. Water
3. Seed(s)
4. A plant pot
5. Plant food (and/or fertilizer)

I'm just wrapping up my first. I spent a fair amount on equipment but it's paying off in my first grow. That money couldn't have been better spent!

BTW This isnt obvious to me lol every time I hear of weed being gron its with the big light systems and shit.

Can it be done outdoors in the UK?

No any good guides for growing bud outside I could read up on??

Yeah, outside is fine. MJ likes lots of direct sunlight, as much full sun as you can manage.

Best to plant as soon as possible. MJ flowers in the fall like many other plants.

Seriously man, it's a weed. Ever kept a garden before? You'll put in 1/2 to 1/4 as much effort. Just pick a good spot.

The simple answer to your question would be, no ...but you should do some reading in the newbie central forum, regardless.

Nah, you are simulating the sun. The plant needs water, certain nutrients, and light in order to survive. Indoors you have the chance to control the environment and make conditions ideal. With ideal conditions more of the plants energy can go into making buds, but the plant needs light and that's why people have lights.

You can grow outside, as people have suggested, however if at all possible I would suggest you grow a plant or two indoors. You don't need a lot of space or an expensive light setup to do a nice personal grow. An old dresser works very nicely when converted to a grow box, people on here have even grown in a PC case. As far as equipment, a couple compact florescent lights, and a little fan.

An idea that might be good for you is starting a plant every 3 or 4 weeks. As your plants mature you have a plant maturing every few weeks. It can be a lot better than having a big harvest then having nothing for a couple months while your next crop is growing.

WOW dude umm google.com and ummm learn shit yes plants grow outside, yes they grow inside , the idea is to provide optium conditions for a plant to produce better quality and quanity of plants by controlling atmospheric conditions (ie heat, humidity, photoperiod etc) outside mother nature is in charge and if you dont live in the ice caps of the damn desert shell prolly grow you some decent weed but before you venture out on your own growing try some research dude it never hurts to be knowledgeable about what you love

I learned EVERYTHING I needed to know by surfing here, at this very site. I used Widow Maker's instructions as a guide and then filled in the blanks in the FAQ and by just poking around the forums.

yes jus about everything anyone could want to kno is on this site and if you type in the topics you want to kno about and put rollitup in there on google it works three times better than the search function on the actual site IMO

for the first time grower nothing quite compares with the overgrow faq, it will have you feeling like you been trimming colas since birth with the wealth of information and vast details it has to educate you on your first grow...

this, you plant it and come back 4 months later lulz... pot used to grow wild ALL over the place. Its not as delicate as people make it out to be.
