is there a way to minimize stretch?

i dont have that much room height wise with my grow room and my plants are getting tall and i want them bushy.

there about a month from seed, maybe a little more. one is about 4.5 inches the other about 3.5. and my grow room is only a could feet high

ok, a month from seed and only 5 inches.. u must be on cfl. get the bulbs closer, get more bulbs. what u using now... pics really help

in using a flourescent bulb. and i have the blud an inch and half to 2 inches from the plants

they look like they are pretty bushy. just keep doing what your doing. or if you think they stretch to much top them ot tie them down

i just topped them today. and im gonna tie them down once they get a bit bigger

24 hrs of light during veg will help keep the stretch down until ya flower.
