Is there another substitute for rockwool cubes?

Hi, i was just wondering if there's another substitute for rockwool cubes? 'cause where i am from it's hard to find rockwool cubes in local shops (it's like they never heard of it before).
I just want to know what you guys think.

I have a similar issue where I am. I buy mine online from a hydro source online... I am not sure about the rules regarding posting links to sites that don't advertise with this forum, so I won't list it, but where ever you are from, you can order from an online store as an option... ebay has them too.

U can use rapid rooters.Or just look around online every hydroshop has rapid rooters or rockwool.

no real subsitue but there are other options u can buy pucks they sell them at walmart/ lowes or look to the internet for rockwool or rapid rooters

thanks for the quick reply....so, ordering online is the only way. I'm planning on growing using DWC and I noticed everyone's using rockwool cubes to germinate their seeds.

If your local hydro store does not have them then online is the only way.good luck..

Can you use coco peats instead of rockwool cubes? Earlier today I found coco peat cubes that I think would work. I'll be using bubbleponics btw. Do you think it'll work?
