...kind of sucks you aren't my friendly neighbor (although you wouldn't have to place a gate at your entrance for me to take a hint.)
I really dig trimming, so much so that I sometimes find myself sneaking clipping a bud "here and there"....before it's time.
Trimming is kind of an art. :)

A years worth of trimming equals heaven to me...lol, even if it is not my own.

Usualy when you make a thread about a problem people tend to give advice. Its a thing thats been goin on in fourms since theyve been around. Thought youd know that by now mr 50k

Your friends must be young. I can't see anyone over the age of 25 being so ingorant about the protocol that you surely laid out a long time ago. If we were friends and you wanted me to come over you'd damn near need to beg, because I'd be all " Hey man, I don't want to get in your way, you got a lot going on. Are you sure it's cool? The misses gonna be ok with me stopin' by?"

I just don't get it if they're old enough to know better. Someone like that wouldn't be my friend for very long.
At my house, I don't tolerate the drop in. My doorbell rings and I'm not expecting anyone.. I don't answer it.

i blow glass. i invite other glass blowers over. the intent is to make "collab pieces". things that we both work on together. it always turns into them "advising" me on what i'm doing. the first thing they do is start fucking with my regulators. my regs are set at whatever the last guy that came over and said they were wrong set them at. the next guy will come over and tell me they are wrong so he'll change them. i never change them back. i just wait for the next guy to come over and "advise" me on where they should really be. as he changes them again.


when i want "advise" i simply do a little "research" and make my OWN decision.

my being a mod has nothing to do with anything other than the fact that i can move threads and shit. why is it wrong of me to try to educate stupid people? nothing wrong with having a laugh while doing it.


why do people insist on giving advise in the first place? all they are doing is trying to tell you what to do. unless someone says "hey, i need some advice", then i feel it is rude to offer it. it says "you look fucked, let me fix it". i find it somewhat insulting. i'm pretty intelligent. i haven't been stumped yet. ;)

I got something to rant about.

I'm one of those people that doesn't work for a long time, but the short time I do work I do a LOT of work. I do 30 second explosions with 3 min breaks and get a shitload of work done. well I'[m working for a fellow grower down the street and his old lady is a cranky bitch and she is always bitching how I only work 1 hour, when the kinda work I do in 5 mins would fuck her back up for 2 weeks ...

end rant.

Yeah, we've all been through that. That's why you roll a pinner and take it with you. When you see all of his buddies with him you bust out that pinner and watch their faces. Just say, "Sorry, this is all I've got, but I'll gladly share my last joint with all of you. Just don't forget about me when I'm out of smoke.";-)

thats when you tell your buddy that he needs to thin out the crowd of ppl... so you don't have to smoke with all of them.. therefore saving most if not at least of your total bag. I mean, I've been in the same situation.. and I just had to tell my buddy that I can't afford to smoke 5 or 6 people out. Told him that I didn't mind smoking with him.. and MAYBE one other person.. but I wasn't about to waste my new bag of kush on 5 or 10 people. But yeah, when situations like that arise.. you just gotta let them know how it is. ;)

Being a nice person and growing weed is a bad combination :(

Nobody wants to help until it's time to cut, fuck that. I'm done being nice, these next few weeks of harvesting, trimming and sampling is for my wife, me and very few friends (mostly the friends that like to bring their own when they have some)
