Is this a deficiency or nute burn? Or something else???

Please help! My ladies are looking happy and healthy...until I saw this! Can somebody please tell me if this is a deficiency or nutrient burn? What do I do? I cut the leaves off that were affected by it but I do not want to spread further! Thank you in advance for your help!

Is that definitely what it looks like? I am feeding all 3 plants the same and this is the only one looking unhappy! I feed/water 2X a day in coco. Am I feeding/watering too much?

And this one??? This is the droopy looking plant… I was mistaken! So I have one really happy girl, the one I posted earlier and now this one! Do I flush with just water for a day and then go back to feeding?
Thank you again!!!
