Is this a good deal to use as a hydroponic start up?

I found this on craigslist, but am not sure if I should do this or not. Any help would be appreciated. I found a website that is local for me I can pick up this pump at: http://alliedaqua.com/system-components/air-pumps.html for 25.99 with free pick up.

I think you can do better if your looking at craigslist. I see people selling brand name tents $95 same size. And you can pick up a light how cheap too. Regarding the hydro setup you can make it just as easy and cheaper. It's not a terrible deal just not worth it when there is so much used stuff on cl.

Yeah only problem is I'm in a not legal state and there aren't many listings here... I only see a couple listings a month on here and ebay gets to fricking high... I will wait though. I already have some leds just nothing else.
