Is this a good deal?

My question is... Is it a good deal, or is there something better/ cheaper out there?

I'm looking for it to be HPS & MH interchangeable like the one in the link, and also 400w. What do you guys think... good deal?

No, that's not a very good deal. That includes a magnetic ballast and for that price, you can get a digital ballast with all the gear for less. Check out this place:
