is this a good enough bulb to use i mean what is tis considered

i use that light for my ball python's cage, raises temps up 10degrees from the ambient air...i wouldn't recommend it.

here is a chart i found online that shows approximate light production
Incandescent("grow bulbs"): 17 lumens/watt
mercury vapor: 45-50 lumens/watt
florescents: 60-70 lumens/watt
metal halide(HID): 90 lumens/watt
High Pressure Sodium(HID): 107 lumens/watt

yup you want that kind only larger you can get more as you go but a few of those in a blueish white or 6500 spectrum.

You can start out with one in the begining stages but you want to add more when you plants get bigger. The more light you have, the more dense the buds
