A Fluence light will be a tough fit in that tent except for maybe the Ray22. Same for most of the Amare fixtures.
Strips are a great idea. Or if the OP wants slightly easier assembly, with good light coverage the QB 120 V2 or QB 132 V2 would be a good option. He could technically fit all four boards in his tent, and drive them somewhat softly, or just incorporate 2 or 3 of the 4 boards in the pack. Either the strips or those boards will work in his favor considering the limited height he has to work with.

They're only in 3000k for that price, which will work for full cycle growing, just be mindful of stretch.
You will need to add another $75 to $100 for a driver(power supply) and a few other components. Plug some wires carefully into some connectors, figure out a way to hang them (together in a fixture or individually) and you will have a grow light which is a drastic improvement over those Viparspectras.

For a $100 budget, either a Mars Hydro TS600 (which can be bought on their website for $10 less) or a Maxsisun PB1000 (which is really a Spider Farmer clone). You can check out the reviews on Amazon for either light, there's quite a few grow pictures. My TS600 gets here tomorrow.

That Maxsisun light is not a Spider Farmer SF-1000 clone despite what it may look like. According to Maxsisun their light incorporates "San'an LED chips" and what looks like a generic driver. The Spider Farmer light uses a mix of 3000k and 5000k Samsung LM301B diodes and a Mean Well XLG-100-H-A driver. I don't think Spider Farmer has ever listed what they use for the 2 different wavelengths of mono-colored diodes(maybe that can be found somewhere on Alibaba) on the light.
