Is this a good or bad idea?

I have two grow boxes in one room(18'x14') and was wondering if it is a good or bad idea to veg/flower in one box and breed in the other box. I have can filters in both boxes,but don't know if the pollen will affect the box with the flowering plants. Has anyone tried this???

no real idear but the pollen is tiny and sticky, get on your clothes, i think they can pollenate females like 1km 1/2 mile away, so its trickie stuff

i'd say you'd probably be al-right, just sort out the fems before the males and keep the ventilation spaced from each other
