Is this a good setup?

im in the process of setting up my first grow room

so far, this is what im thinking


this tent will be inside a closet

Is it OK to have the carbon filter as the last step in my exhaust? Do you think I would run into temp problems with this setup? The reflector has 2 6 inch connectors, 1 will be sealed

any suggestions welcome

do you think 600w is overkill for it? its either 600 or 400 i cant decide.

if the tent is in the clost where will the intake come from?

I will be cutting holes in the wall for the intake as well as the exhaust. The intake will still be inside the house while the exhaust will be outside

The whole point of an air-cooled hood is that it has a separate venting system, you'd be better off buying another fan and venting your light separately to the rest of your grow chamber.

That or just don't waste your money on buying an air cooled reflector if you're not going to use it correctly.

is it ok to push air through a carbon filter rather than pull?
