nah dont cut it again chances are you wont make a clean cut working with something that small and fray the stem. And it don't matter whatsoever lol...
Nice top though, after 3 or 4 days you'll start to notice new growth all over.

Agreed.
That's a perfect top.
That 1/5 inch of remaining stem will shrivel to nothing.
You'll see an explosion of growth over the next week's time given proper care/light/nutes

Yeah they are. Now the plants energy is not being directed towards vertical growth but is now putting it's energy into the branches already developed. Prepare to see them all catch up to the top of your plant.
