Is This A Hermie?

So my plants have been flowering for about 2 weeks or so...so this plant started growing what looked like was going to be buds but then all it looks like is a bunch of tiny grapes with a lot of hairs coming out...is this a hermie or is this just perhaps the way the strain grows...it was random bagseed so i do not know that actual strain, any help appreciated thank you guys

i cant see the picture very good but it does look like a cluster of male pods in there if you got a clearer pic that would help

sorry here is a better picture...and is it worth it to keep this plant to get buds it will it all just be shitty stuff...can i cut out the male clusters to try and persuade it to become female?

yeh get rid of it,,,and theres noway you can make it female,you cant change it regardless of what you do,sorry,,,,peace
