Is this a Magnesium deficiency?

Just wanted to make sure I'm diagnosing this right, noticed first signs early on and hit her with foliar spray of epsom, now it's coming back again.
Is it ok to spray with epsom during flowering? I also have hard water so there would be residual calcium and crap left over on my buds if I did that. You can see spots on leaves from previous sprays.

Using 2x 150watt HPS and 1x 135watt HLG QB, this particular plant is getting a bit of both

One other thing I should mention is a pretty big swing between day/night temps. Since adding HPS lights in the tent, daytime temps went up to low 80s, while at night it drops down below 60

Are you using synthetic nutrients?

Looks, to me, like may have PM also....quite a few white splotches bit...

I guess they're newer set because those leaves are on side branches

I haven't fed yet, other than foliar feed with epsom salts. Just hit some of the plants again with ~500ppm distilled water + salts

the white splotches are from foliar feeding using non-distilled water. My tap comes in at ~220 ppm, calcium is in there I'm sure

Getting ready to feed this plant hopefully by tomorrow, plants aren't drinking as fast as I would have liked them to.

Should I give any Nitrogen? last time I watered, I top-dressed with fresh Happy Frog mixed with EWC and Dr Earth.

I was planning to mix-up some cal-mag, + big bloom. I also have the Grow Big and Tiger Bloom. Any suggestions on what PPM should I feed?
