Is this a magnesium deficiency?

Oh... And the top half of the soil is promix HP. Bottom half is the super soil
How much water do you give when you do water?
You have some really dark leaves, even the most bottom one and cupped..one issue is for sure that the soil underneath is hot, namely with nitrogen. Then the yellowing and what seems like some twisted new growth at the top..an issue with zinc and possibly iron lacking. Those dark leaves can also be too much magnesium, which would explain the lockout of zinc and iron. The excess nitrogen would also hurt sulfur's uptake.
It's hard to judge as i haven't run in true organics, but plants themselves operate the same way with regards to the uptake of nutrients and using them, regardless of medium used to grow them. Elements also interact with each other the same way, just at different ppm/ph levels.
Auto's are picky, and that super soil may be a bit too hot, but it's entering full flower shortly, maybe it'll balance out. It's just with excess nitrogen, and an auto, it can hurt yield significantly.

I've not been giving too much water at once. Recently I've been giving probably 2 cups per watering. Is that enough in a 3 gal pot? I definitely don't think I'm overwatering but possibly underwatering if anything. I overwatered last grow and didn't want to repeat that mistake

I actually don't know how the plant looks as it does with that kind of watering:) Plus you're in a fabric pot and only 2 cups of water for a 3 gallon container? 1000 watt mh light, temps good, humidity only 40%, and 2 cups of water? I guess if it works, great! To me, in those conditions, she should be getting at least the 1.5-2L every 3-4 days for now. Something seems off if she's only drinking 2 cups every few days in your setup. Perhaps that's why the droop then..soil does look bone dry, just a thought.

Scope your leaves for broad mites. Mine looked just like that when they first started sipping my ladies' sweet juices.

I scoped but didn't see mites, or anything moving anywhere. I was looking around on different leaves for about 25 minutes but didn't see anything. Looked at top and bottom parts of the leaves and some of the preflowering areas but saw nothing

I would highly doubt it's mites..their damage doesn't look like that...you'd see many more dots and small ones..not just 1 or 2 bigger ones on a leaf.

Broad mites are different than spider mites in the way they damage the plants. Broad mites damage presents itself as what appears to be a phosphorus deficiency with twisted, slow new growth. They can't be seen with the naked eye, but under 60x they appear to be tiny grains of rice with little appendages. @CBD123THC what power scope did you use?

Ok this sucks. I found some broad mites in my tent on a different plant. I sprayed everything with Spinosad but I'm pretty discouraged at this point. This grow has been a headache since germination. Suggestions? I'm assuming that they're on my plant that I posted here about too but I haven't found them yet

Dude, that sucks ass. There are some OMRI sprays that are effective, but on the spendy side. Look up Grandevo and Venerate if you need to spray in flower. Azamax for up to early flower. Avid and Forbid for veg only.

People will call bullshit but try straight 3% h202. Test it on a couple leaves first to be safe but this is one thing I use for spider mites. Don't spray it during lights on. If you doudt it works find a leaf with one on ot remove the leaf and spray it, check ot out the next day.

You reapply every 3 days until you get the problem under control. You can even foliar feed at the same time at a low percent.

If I had kept the pics I'd show you the after math. Some will make it through unscathed but it will destroy any eggs as well. Make sure you get under the leaves even more so them the tops.

There are a fair amount of eggs on the leaves I'm looking at.. I think they are spider mites cause I saw some webbing..... Realistically though, how likely is it that I can fix or manage this since I'm already starting flowering?? I'm thinking of just scrapping this grow curling up in the fetal position for a while

If you are less than 2 weeks in I would hit them with the Grandevo/Venerate combo exactly twice 1 week apart and limp it through to harvest without any further spraying. You don't want your pistils getting all brown and sad. Anything remaining on the buds can be washed off at harvest with peroxide.

you may have put them into flower, but i don't see any bud formation yet, so spray the fuck out of them. go get some pyrethrin, and alternate spinosad, wait two days, pyrethrin, wait two days, spinosad...spray both at least twice, three times if you have time, just quit when you see pistils starting to form. pyrethrin and spinosad both have short half lives, if you don't have any bud formation yet, you have plenty of time to get things under control.....just don't waste any time
