Is this a Male Plant?

I have this new strain I was told was grand daddy purple. I have never seen such a scraggly plant. It hasn't grow for shit...and it started out with only 3 of the 5 sections on a leaf.
I now noticed the pods on the sides where usually there is just a hair.
I have opened the pod up and there is very tiny seeds inside.
The plant has both pods and hairs on it.

Have a shot with the so called pod with seed? I only see female parts. And even a seed pod would be a pollinated female flower. Male pods do not have seeds either.

Agree with Grumpy' ... those are female primordia (preflowers).

Isn't GDP Indica-dominant? Your plant has a leaf shape and branching habit that are more Sativa to my way of thinking. I would question the strain identity of this clone ... or throw it into 12/12 to see what she's got goin under the hood. cn

I am not sure what I have done to keep this thing from growing. The starts I got were very small and hard to get going. But I am almost sure I never screwed up the ph to lock it up. I have another strain supposedly chem dog that hasn't grown either.
But this GDP is totally weird looking and looks like it would be hard to takes clones.
Its been long enough in veg. Should I switch it over and just see what happens?
Is it totally strange to see a seed inside of that pod? Its in pic 1.
I will go grab 1 and take picture if its totally weird.

I got the chem dog and the GDP at the same time from a dispensery. But a small shop and not like cali where they know a little more what they are doing.
Maybe they mistagged them. I will get a pic of the chem dog and see what people think. Have a growth problem there too.
But I gotta figure I got a hermie. That thing inside is for sure a seed.

You have a lot of stretching and reaching going on there...what is your light source and how far from the plants is it?

That's not a seed pod that's a female calyx where a seed would form if pollinated, unless you see a ugly yellow flower on it you are fine.
