how long have you been flowering? this would help also. you have the pics of the right part to determine sex. i would say, isolate this one from the females.

Well i think it has been like 2-4 weeks.. closer to 3 weeks..
so about 3 weeks give or take 3 days
and the problem is none of the "Jack herer" are showing major flowering like the others.
i have a 2 og's that are very obviously flowering, and our random bag seed weed are all flowering, and the clones too are obviously flowering. so idk what to do....
