is this a nana?

Ruined crop...
Not ruined completely. I’ve already used the trim to make some decent extract. Once the “buds” are dried enough, I’m gonna make butter with them. It was my first quarantine experiment to see if I could grow from bagseed. Never grown before. Turns out I was growing a pure Sativa indoors which as I understand it, is not the easiest choice for a brand new grower. I learned a lot and I’m excited for my new plant.

You are right, you can make some really good edibles of it. I personaly prefer smoke but never deny cakes which kick me out for the whole day. But to the future, try to figure out the reason why it happened, because this “Lesson” can come back for repeat if you have not learnt enough of it...

I pushed too much nutrients during flower and I had the light too close to the plant. I’ve corrected those issues and done a ton of reading and tweaking of my setup. Got new and verified genetics (FastBuds G14) and I’m a week into it again. :)

The only problem with sativas is the size. Given enough light and properly trained and Topped they are fine. Just expect A longer flower and skinnier buds. Not that they won't be fat. Just not as fat as an indica. Or as fast to ripen.

Glad you saved It. Never A total Waste. Expensive composting materials at Worst. Excellent for that though. Reclaim Those nutes from all Your cuttings you can't consume. Money and time down the drain other wise.

Yeah. It definitely wasn’t the right choice for my space. But, I never actually expected it to get past a seedling.

I am not really sure if it is the main reason. Too much nuts and light stress/burn can sure cause that, but with other noticable marks typical for this damage, which I do not see. My plants (I think) did this because of systematic underwatering (I have read somewhere that it makes plant to produce more trichromes). Or maybe but less possible because of light leaks. There are a lot of things which can cause this, better to avoid all of them. Good grow

my last grow was similar one plant had a few seeds in it.yep so im gettn a new tent, this will be grow number 5,learnt so much abt this plant, lots of mistakes along the way and still more to come, but just try and get better.these forum are great to gain knowledge from,i was treating coco like it was soil, overwatering soil alot, not ph the b4 feeding, trying to scrog clones on my first grow, you name it

this was my last grow, coco perlite and soil(what was i doing),they were all going pretty mint, untill i got a massive nat infestation ,they deteriorated really quick pulled them early,it tasted like crap.

Diatomaceous earth on top of soil. Safe and cheap. Better bet. Peace.

Do not understand the purpose of the cage and looks like a bad joke also, but no disputant against your taste...
just tryna keep the direct light off it.got another temp gauge next to it,says it is 3 degrees hotter just mucking around tryna get temps and humidity rite.winter here at the mo.being reading up on other threads abt this situation with the nanas.could possibly be too much fert,as ive been using them to the exact amount on the grow chart.
