Its not impossible. The plant doesn't just die once you chop it. It kinda sits in a suspended animation for a minute. But those seeds would already have to be set to do that. And I would assume they are incredibly immature.That's what I figured, but I've heard people claim that their plant got pollinated and made seeds after harvest, during drying. Always found that a bit bonkers, but not entirely impossible.
