Is this a nitrogen deficiency??

My plants are 19 days old from sprouted seed.. for a good 8+ days the first 2 serrated leaves have faded to a really light yellow..the stems have turned purple..and there's the odd brown/grey little patches on the leafs..and they're really small for 19 days old..like the growth has really stunted..I think this is a nitrogen deficiency? If it is how could I fix it? An will I be Okay cutting the first 2 leaves off? As they're dying anyway..

Looks like average growth for a few weeks old. The baby leaves that spouted first always wither and die off. Hard to say if that is actually a N deficiency; the hps lights make it hard to see. If you have bagged soil it may be a good time to transplant to a larger container but I wouldn't start dumping nutes on them or anything just yet. What kind of soil are they in?

They're in 15 litre pots, I'm using canna coco(not the pro mix) ohh bloody hell..I'm using biobizz nutes an they told me to start using the full amount from day 14 onwards.. the new growth is getting the odd mark that looks greyish.. and a few new leaves are fading to a light yellow.. I've attached the email sent from biobizz

You can see more clearly on this pic about the yellowing leaves an purples stems..just flushed them with ph'd water..going to leave them to dry out abit over the weekend then going to water them daily..but no nutes till they're 1 month old..hopefully this sorts them out!

If you are giving these plants nutrients already then it's certainly not a deficiency. It is likely the opposite; too strong a nutrient for plants that don't need them just yet. Doesn't look like a bad burn though; it's minor if it is. Could also possibly be an absorbtion issue which means the ph may be out of range. No matter what "they" say plants from seeds need nothing but water for at least 3 weeks and even then they should not need nutes at full strength nutes until they grow some nodes a month later. Sounds like you are figuring it out though.
Make sure you are checking/adjusting the ph of your water correctly; that's kind of important in a hydro medium like coco. Ph pens need calibration; you can never go wrong using the drops or test strips.

I don't know about the water them daily comment. I would wait to water until they need it. Over watering causes problems.

Cheers for the advice mate, yeah that's 1 thing I always check is the ph.. I've got the ph pen + ph drops tester.. I always do it at 6.0-6.2 an I use both ph testers to check..just to be safe

I don't grow in coco but thinking about it and if you haven't I recommend you read a lot more about it. Flush with pHed water and cal mag and maybe base nutes and keep going until your pH going in matches your pH draining off and then you're done flushing. But then I've never used coco so lookitup

You might have overfed them early on. What was the nutrient strength you were using it could have been too much? You don't need to water them daily especially that small. I wouldn't be feeding them straight water but a weak 1/4 strength solution. You don't need to water them daily when the plants are that small. You'll keep them too wet and you won't get the explosive root growth that you should. When they are bigger and have a good root structure then you can start watering them daily. pH your nutrient solution to 6.0.

Cheers for the advice! Yeah I think it could be over watering! Well they are 20 days old now but on day 14 biobizz told me to use full strength bio grow an(which I did) they got worse from then onwards..they also told me to give them 2-3 litre of water each with them being in 15ltr pots! If they would have told me that In the same email as the nutrient amounts I'd of just ignored them because clearly that's WAY too much! I flushed them last night and now giving them half strength(0.5ml/500ml water) an 1 of them has perked right up..as you can see in this before&after pic I've attached
