Is this a P deficiency?

I fill my water tanks and let them sit for 24 hrs. before I include my nutes and check ph. Gives time for the chlorine to dissipate. I also have aquarium pumps in my tanks constantly moving the water within the tanks

Yeah i was doing that before, but my landlord never came and said she was adding more into the system and i honestly stopped caring about it because i didnt think it was at a toxic level but now that bit me in the ass lol. I have a 100 gallon pump split into two 5 gallon buckets. Hope it does the trick. I completely forgot this happened before and why i started bubblimg it to begin with.
 
Have you checked the ppm of your feed mix? The FF trio feed chart wants 15ml/gal for veg with a ppm of 1750-2100. Too high for my taste, I've used FF trio at half strength with decent results in the past. But, I haven't even grown in soil for a few years so take this with a grain of salt.
 
She sprouted on feb 1, no issues at all until the first couple weeks of summer and come to find out my water had been treated again with chlorine. Leaves are now yellowing, curling up, and getting crispy. I have been feeding the 15ml per gallon and my ppm only comes up in the high 1200s. I have no idea. Pretty sure its the chlorine. Gonna bubble my water for 24 hours and see what happens over the next 10 days.

I live in a trailer park, the water comes from a well but because people drink it, my landlord has to treat the water per DOH. I dont know what they use to treat it but my water smells like bleach today lol.

Back to the cal/mag? Man this plant has been giving me total hell. 4 others are doing absolutely amazing. All on lower leaves nothing on top or new growth.
