Check for any sign of white hairs either comeing from the part of the plant in the picture or from the head of the plant.You need to flush the plant more than just the final flush,has a rule i flush once during veg about week 3 then about week 4 of flower and then the final flush.When i was hand watering i used to flush and feed its simple way that was shown to me by a old school grower that was like a plant doctor.Keep poreing water through the soil in the pot till it runs clear then follow this once the run of has stopped with a fresh made nute mix.Better to do this in a shower or bath,it takes a little time but if you water in this way the plant will be fine,in a hydroponic grow i just flush once the tank in low on mix round about the same time but perhaps a few more times.
