Well I’ve stopped feeding them and been flushing for the last few days, will resume reduced feeding protocol from tomorrow, affected leaves have been removed so we’ll see how it goes from hereMaybe over fed a little while ago. Plant is nearing maturity & these leaves look like they can afford to be removed anyways. Pluck them off & if you think your over feeding them stop over feeding them
why remove them they only look slightly burnt?Maybe over fed a little while ago. Plant is nearing maturity & these leaves look like they can afford to be removed anyways. Pluck them off & if you think your over feeding them stop over feeding them
Next time dont continually flush, just get a runoff ppm reading and go from there. Normally you can just withhold food just giving plain water, flushing isn't usually the answer. By flushing you remove all nutrients, compact soil, and flood roots. Personally I'd raise ph to 6.7 you're missing magnesium, calcium and phosphorus for the most part at 6.4 given you flushed what nutrients were in soil out, you may start having deficiencies. Only time I'd be okay to flush is if overfeeding was so bad I had a toxicity. Dark shiny plastic looking clawing leaves. Calmag isnt as important in flower but you'll want to provide all the phosphorus the plant can use.Well I’ve stopped feeding them and been flushing for the last few days, will resume reduced feeding protocol from tomorrow, affected leaves have been removed so we’ll see how it goes from here
Ok first let me apologize for using the wrong terminology, when i said ‘flushing’ what i actually meant was i started feeding her plain water instead of nutrients, I wasn’t actually trying to ‘flush’ everything out……but i appreciate your response all the same, I’ve always tried to maintain my PH between 5.5 and 6.5, never really tried going outside of those parameters…..Next time dont continually flush, just get a runoff ppm reading and go from there. Yes you’re correct, but luckily every time I’ve tested it, its been above 6You in soil? If so why so low ph you're using a ph for hydroponics/coco coir
Below 6 you're not picking up much of anything
Using liquid nutrients?Yes you’re correct, but luckily every time I’ve tested it, its been above 6
