Is this a valid seed or ripoff?

I bought a 4pack seeds from attitude and has arrived today...anyone can tell me is this a valid seed? Or kind of ripoff...lol not sure it will able to germinate. Tell me if that count!! Hahah

Judging from the photo zoomed-in it looks like a fragment of a seed to me? Could always try germinating, but I would be quite surprised if a plant emerged.

Hopefully they will compensate you with more seeds, up to you...with my curiosity and the time I have on my hands right now I would have a go

It kind of surprised me too. This is another picture. (Back view) still can’t find fourth seed. Lol

Really is. Maybe someone was having a bad day at Attitude. Can argue its only one seed, but still its the principle.
