I tried mixing some dirt with coco and tossing granular fertilizer in with it this past year. It didn't work that well, my idea was to have a light fluffy mix and try to get the root system/growth you get from coco but to also have some dirt for the organic whatever to do it's thing. Resulted in none of it working that well and I ended up just pouring some jacks on it, worked out fine. Had issues with too much nitrogen, you don't quite know what's in there.
Organics is kind of a slow build process, coco doesn't lend itself to that. Given that you need to leave your plants, decently large containers of soil with whatever easy reputable organic (or not) nute line is probably your best bet. Coco shines with plain old salt based nutes, if you want organic go with dirt.
