Is this bud mold?

Guess this is probably bud mold, but want to make sure. Can too much watering and too little sunlite cause this? Plant flowered inside for 9 wks. then was moved outside. Got more shade than sun and soil stayed pretty moist. Was bagseed so no big deal, thats why I practiced first. Now I got some autos growin and dont want this to happen. Thanks again all.

I read an interesting thing the other day. It read that bud mold needs UV light to live. Interesting no?

That kind of looks like bud mold from the out of focus picture. What do the infected parts of the bud feel like? A little mushy?

Yep bud rot. Would not smoke it but you could make butter out of it. Or you could even make some hash oil with it.

It's either bud rot or got burnt while growing from a light...That pic is very blurry.

looks like bud rot,but then again it also looks like mexican brown....but im betting bud rot because thats what mexican brown is,just a big fermented rotten bud

Thanx for the answers. I know my pics are not the best, but ya'll bear with me, not only my first grow but also my first digital camera, and yeah, it was bud-mold. Inside was wet and gooey. I cut out all the rot and smoked the rest. This is why I started with bagseed. So far I have experienced bud mold- stem-rot, thrips-spider-mites,etc. Finally started my 1st real grow last week. Thanks again.

Too bad dude - but we all go through it. The bright side is that once you dial it in and find the cures - you`ll find the problems early and it will only be a nuisance instead of a kick in the balls
