Is this bud off/Moldy

Smells fine but taste a little off. Also a hazy powder covering some of the buds making the bud look almost white after grinding(maybe powdery mildew?). Some of the small leaves are black as well.

The picture are not so clear as the bud is frosty making it difficult to differentiate between mildew and trichomes but if you have smoked it and it your got a real bad headache after it (you will get high tho)...most probability is that your bud has mold
