Is this bud rot?

I hope I’m just being paranoid. There are what may be a couple of brown patches. But when you look closeup it looks fine. What do you think?

those brown patches are just a bunch of hairs

Bud rot is usually noticed in the center of colas i believe the top wont usually show first.Good Luck
