Is this bud rot?

Ewwwwwwwwwwwwtf man!!!! Looks like an infestation to me. I had some shit like that on a bonsai plant I bought last year but ewwwwwwwwww clean your grow room and like throw that away so long ago!! GL man... .
 
It's day 55 dam it,I only see the one spot of that cola and everything else looks fine. We had very high heat and humidity 2 weeks ago,so it must have started then. I'm cutting it out now.
 
That is a spider mite infestation...
Since it's this late into flower, I would suggest that you either clip off the infested areas and spray her down with pesticides, although you might have to fight mold/PM because of it, or just cut your losses and chop your infested girls down.
 
Temps have been in the high 70's to low 80's with humidity around 60 since the heat wave 2 weeks ago so I think that's what kept it from spreading fast. The affected cola was in the far corner of the cabinet farthest from the fan. I'm going to take them out tomorrow to give them a good look over but that one area is all I could see.

I've had spider mites and thrips before and that's not what this is,there is no leaf damage that you see with mites or thrips at all.
 
If that plant came from outdoor to indoor that could be a budworm...check your other buds for a green worm...just an idea

No, this is a spider mite's doing.
they damage foliage, but also spin webs, hence the spider in spider mite.
you normally won't see webs on a vegging plant because you'll notice the abundance of spider mites and damaged foliage before they start spinning webs.
in flower, they will sometimes reside and eat the inside of the buds.
