Is this good for an indoor setup, what else should I add?

My grow space is about 6x4x6 and I'm planning on filling the space with 5 gallon pots doing a scrog grow. A couple lights I'm looking at are:

Plan on using at least 6 of the lamps you linked to illuminate 24 sq ft. If you're serious about indoor gardening, then lighting is your most important purchase-take some time to research your options.

The first light is 135w at the wall.
The second light is 200w at the wall. It states in flower it will cover 2x2 which is about accurate.

With those LEDs you need 50 true watts at the wall per square foot and by the time you do that you may as well have bought a HPS/MH light at a fraction of the cost.

An 8" fan (assuming you mean a proper extraction fan) will be plenty.

If it were me, looking at the price of lights your looking at to guestimate your on a budget, I would buy a 600w HPS and an air cooled hood and work with 4x4 of that space or 1000w HPS and 5x4 space.
If you want to go LED then you want to be looking at Quantum boards or similar(or build your own), that's going to cost you more.
But if you were to buy the lights you linked you would need 6 of the second light and by that time would have spent more money than you would buying good LEDs and a shit ton more than you would of buying a HPS ballast and additional MH bulb (for veg)

As far as pots go 5gal is fine. Unless you want less than 4 plants in there and then I would up to 10gal.
I would also get opinions on the fan your planning to buy. A proper 8" should be plenty but buy the wrong fan and its not going to do the job.

Ok, I had a feeling I'd have to go HID. Had no idea the little amount of coverage LED's provided. Has pretty much everything I was looking to put together. I might go 1000w but aren't they less energy efficient than 600w? How would I go about doing two 600w's, do I have to get another ballast?

HID gets more efficient as wattage increases. A single 1k hps is minimum, a pair of the 600's would have better coverage. I think it would take 2 ballasts.

I just got 2 of those 600w vivosun lights u linked about a week ago, to cover a 4x8x6.6 ideally a 3rd would b good for my situation, but i think 2 would work great in your 4x6
