is this grow room even vaguely acceptable?

hopefully the first successful attempt at growing.
i have a total of 2400 lumens at the moment, a ventilation system, there's an air filter and a duct on the outside, i'm about to add an intake fan, and replace the paper and duct tape with mylar. also, presumably, add more lightbulbs. but as it is right now, could i grow a dwarfed plant in here?

the bulbs are cfls, 120watt equivalent, but they use 23 watts, and put out 1200 lumens. of course, its a cfl spiral inside of the lightbulb so the flood light is like a reflector somewhat. help me out man :weed:

But seriously. Get the equviilent light outta there. Not ment at all for growiing buddy. Go to home depot iif you want to remaiin withiin a budget. Get heavy duty flo's. 60watt n up will do the trick brotha.
Also, whats the diimensions of ur cardboard box??? haha sorry couldnt help myself

lol im serious i think that's a cardboard box with duck tape to make it more sturdy.

it is a cardboard box, the duct tape is not to keep it sturdy, the duct tape is because i dont have scotch tape to attatch the paper. this entire thing was made with shit i had laying around my room. but i have an advantage over y'all - it's connected to a car battery. i can put it wherever

Ii thought he was kiidding lolz. But rly use plywood.

it's only intended for saplings atm, i have some white acrylic plastic and access to a laser cutter, so i plan to build an actual box and i am pretty much just trying to figure out how much light i need

EDIT: so.. lumen wise, i'm looking for like 10k + a plant? any cfl lightbulbs i could get at home depot in like pairs or triples to accomplish this?
