good call @Bugeye thats what i would do too u wanna try keep canopy level for the smaller plants to thrive like the big one i would even wait till they all growing well and then top them all to try get them the same height .Hey OP, put a cinder block or something under those small plants so all of your plant tops are on the same level. The small ones will get better light that way.
Also, your grow room is too small.
keeping a tidy level canopy is the best way of using your lights and space i now use a net too and i found it helped a lot to keep all my buds the same height and standing up nice
