Looks like heat stress with the leaves curling upwards or "canoeing". Do you have any form of heat extraction from your room?

Yea mate the full shebang temps sit at 27c and humidity 45 perfect but I had this plant directly under the light 10 inches away I no it's heat stress but with a fan blowing on her now will she recover?

It doesn't seem like you should be getting any symptoms at only 27c (~80f)...thats a pretty normal temp, not especially hot. The fan blowing on her will help with the prevention of hot spots, but if you really want some control over your room temp, you should get an exhaust system. It will keep your lights cool, keep the room cool, and your plants will thrive with the added air circulation!

But to answer your question, yes I believe it will recover now that you have better circulation and temps are in a good range.

Yeah dude. It's hit and miss with heat stress recovery. She's a big girl so she should be ok. If she was a little un she'd be a gonner.

You should keep your lights ~12in away from your plant. If you are ever concerned that she might be getting too much heat, hold your hand over the top of her for a minute or two. If the back of your hand feels hot, the lights are too close.

^^^ Think he has got an Exhaust setup(full shebang=all?) If you are not cooling the Air at the same level of your Bulb and it is only 10 inches away then it was probably Heat related, Could even be Wind Burn I think they call it? Could be Wrong, it happens I think when leaves Close to the Heat source but also being blown by the Fan...IDK? Baked!!!

Should be Fine Though, sometimes it good to have 2 x Temp Monitors, one at Or near the level of the Bulb, and one down by the Pots.

Peace

Hope You Sort

A lot of people don't do this but I personally think its highly useful. Buy a temp gun, they aren't very expensive and they are extremely handy. You can use it to accurately read your temperatures at different parts of the plant. You can test how hot the top of your plant is and act accordingly or you can test the temp of your soil and roots and make changes based on what you learn.

Yea mate when I referred to the full shebang I meant I have 1 12".carbon filter with a fan that's more than plenty for it I have also a 6inch exuaust fan I have a 6 inch intake fan I have a Honeywell pivoting fan and also I have 2 outher supplement fans (hence the full shebang ) my question wasn't and I'm not being ignorant here grow truly I'm not grow not if they had heat stress but will they recover from it?

Yeah, sorry I eventually figured out I wasn't answering your question, sorry man. Looks like you have quite the setup, sorry I was so oblivious....but yes, like I said earlier I believe they'll recover.

Using silicates regularly will aid in heat and drought stress, It makes stems stronger and I struggle with seasonal extremes. It gets too hot where I live to manage and maintain optimal temps, I think it buys me another 5-7 degrees of heat resistance.
