is this just transplant shock?

I posted a few days ago but didn't really get any answers. My problem is getting worse.

Clones (from good dispensary) in Happy Frog. Transplanted 4 days ago. Zero new growth.
Ph'd water to 6.8 (Hanna is mailing me a new electrode cause mine takes a few hours to get a steady reading) so 6.8 is as close as I could get it. Tap water set out over night to let chlorine evaporate.
T5 bulbs set 2-4 inches from top leaves but my problem is on lower leaves.
Watered second time today (I wait til the top of the soil started to dry) I added Super Thrive to the watering this time.
There had been a white powder on the effected leaf a few days ago. Someone suggested it may have cloning powder. I wiped it off easily with a wet paper towel.

First picture is a couple days ago, Second picture is from today.

I will find some Actinovate. Thanks for the suggestion.
I was a bit worried about cutting the leaf off because I figured that the plant might be using its lower leaf for nutrition while the roots settle into the new soil.

why are you watering 2x a day? water once with some run-off. don't water until pot is light again. normally in 2-3+ days. the pics look like the leaves are definitely over watered. put the back of your hand under the lights. if you feel heat move the light up a few clicks. and throw out that superJIVE. ive tried it before and it didn't do jack. some use it, other swear by it, most laugh about it. alos in 2nd pic looks like some major purple/red stems going on there. iirc its a N def, or Mag def. I put my rooted cuttings directly into FFOF soil w/o any issues.

I haven't watered 2x a day! Sorry for the miss communication. I see where I made that error. I wrote "I watered for the second time today" I meant to imply that I watered for the second time (since I got and transplants the clones 4 or 5 days ago, not the second time today) I went on to say that I wait for the top of the soil to dry out before I watered. I'm not sure that the soil could dry that quickly under a T5 light.
But sorry for the misunderstanding.
While I agree with you that it looks like over watering, all things considered, I think I can rule that out.
