Just watered yesterday with reg tap and I water every other feeding with nutes fox farm grow big,big bloom and liquid seaweed

Im assuming you mean every other watering is a feed. Over fed and I still think your watering in correctly. A plant that size shouldn’t look that dry in a day after watering imo. See what others say and try to be more specific like amounts and frequencies, media etc

First before I did anything else is check the water PH. You said you are using tap water. Many will tell you that's a big no-no, however I use filtered tap water with no problem as do others. If the PH is not correct the roots won't take-up water & nutrition as it should. Without more information, I'm at a loss why you'd be feeding it nutes at this stage. I'm not trying to be an asshat here, there's just not enough information for any of us to offer anything other than wild guesses.

Whats the soil?
City or well water?
If its ligit soil .. then the ph really souldnt matter a whole lot..
If its promix then yes.. ph is very important
