Yeah lol @Growmau5 is who I was watching on YouTube but I don't think I want the headache of building it myself and I remember seeing the same light on timber that he is building so I'm just gonna go ahead and buy it fully assembled for the next runi dont have one but from all the research i have done, i'm going through them once i can get the missus to approve lol... if you want to learn up on them check out @Growmau5 you tube vids.... basically what timber is putting together but you don't have to source everything... cost is very comparable to diying in imo as well
Thanks brother for the fast response I really appreciate itYou bet it is!
Would 1 be enough for a 2x4 with 4 plants? ThanksI have 4. They're good to go
@BM9AGSEnough to grow a plant, yes. Enough light to give buds to show off, no. You'll get small popcorn buds and it'll be a waste of your time.
About a pound for 400w actual. So great! Timber dans cobs did better even spread out to about 15" per cobs for 32w per sqft where the SS 550 were at 37.5w per sq ft. So burple does work for sure...... the grower doing the grow had only used HID before and is positive he got much better quality and bud than he gets with hid with both timber grow lights and the SS 550. This next run I'm gonna do a pure side by side of timber grow lights vs CLW SS 550.@BM9AGS
hey man, what was the final results/thoughts about the CLW 550? i didn't have the cash to get one when they were offering the growers feedback promotion.
i've been watching this too on here.Or the new quantum boards.

Actually to think more about it. 1 4 cob light would be fine for 4 plants......have each cob over top of your 1-4 top plants and you'll get some fat ass colas. Don't top/fim much more than 1-4 tops per plant and lollipop everything. You should get good results.Would 1 be enough for a 2x4 with 4 plants? Thanks
Everyone has an opinion, so I'm saying 200w in a 2x4 is the bare minimum. On the Timber site it says PPF of 490 for the 200w fixture, so dividing that by 8 (8 square feet) is a PPF per foot of 61. Then multiply that by 10.7 (square feet in a square meter) and you get a PPFD of 655.Would 1 be enough for a 2x4 with 4 plants? Thanks
8sf you need 400w at a minimum that would be two barsWould 1 be enough for a 2x4 with 4 plants? Thanks
Captain Morgan was pulling about 2gpw running sub 700ppfd. So......for starters it's fine but not optimal...... 300w kit would be great.8sf you need 400w at a minimum that would be two bars
Thanks big homie lol yeah when I asked you that I had in mind of like trying to put 1plant under each cob and seeing how that turned out but then you said you didn't think so then I thought about just 2plants but Now that you have thought about it I'll run 4Actually to think more about it. 1 4 cob light would be fine for 4 plants......have each cob over top of your 1-4 top plants and you'll get some fat ass colas. That is all I've grown in is a 2x4 cabinet, and I get the best results with 250-300 watts of Vero 29s. So my 2 cents worth is go for the 300 watt fixture.
