what yield of each can i look for
would it be best to LST them?

Some guy pulled 30g of a lowryder x ak on youtube with a 90w LED.

Not sure if I'd go with that particular LED if I were to go with LED lighting.. I'd try to get my hands on something a little bigger and better.. that's just me tho.. I've never used LED, but have seen some nice LED grows.. Good luck my friend.
