Is this light burn?

Sorry, Im really worried as these brown tips just showed up, there are two or three of them. The problem was, I was going to start LST today so I tipped her over (shes about 1 1/2 week into veg under cfls) and put a hook into the dirt and hooked her in (hook went into dirt about half an inch). Does this look like I broke her root system or does it look like the lights were just to close? I moved the lights farther away to be safe. This is my first plant ive ever grown, and Im not much of a gardener, so just worried about my poor baby This morning she was looking so healthy and green and I just noticed these.

and also I googled pics and i googled plant problems and I could not find a pic that matched what this has so thats why im asking
