Guys guys guys, I jest. I wouldn't be stealing a poor 80 year old's weed, even if it is by the side of the road. I agree, "do not covet thy neighbor's weed," well put. Stealing isn't the spirit of stoners I know and love.

Agreed... well unless they are planting their shit on my property out where it is in plain site then i would be claiming my prize.

you all think that that is weed? there are plants like that in my backyard, the side of my house, every forest i have lived in, show me a pic of the budding plants then ill believe...THAT IT NOT WEED.

after looking at the new pictures, I have mixed emotions.. the barbed wire fence denotes that he doesnt want anyone grabbing his shit.

but on the other hand.. theyre planted in a wierd spot, in the middle of a patch of weeds competing for root space. And the plants look rather tall and thin to be cannabis, let alone an indica. My vote is that its a weed, but not "weed" lol.
