Is this molasses good to use

I just picked this molasses up and need expert advice on whether its good or not.

I chose this one over the grandma brand

Mr I Can Do That For Half
Yup good except in aero grows. Use 2 table spoons per gallon of water during floor once a week or at res change. Make sure its unsulphured black strap moillasses. grandma original is best its unsulphured and heavy black strap..What you got should work fine from looking at it but I have never used it myself just the grandmas as its cheap and works great

In soil once a week is good about 2 table spoons per gallon and try to turn the top of the soil everyso often so bugs and mold dont take foot on the top of the soil
