Is this normal for an Autoberry or any other Cannabis Plant

That is correct Its an Autoberry. Here is something I read... Which is why he has it set to a dark period of 6 hrs. If its better to have the lights on 24/0 I would like to know. All I have read on here says 18/6 or 20/4
Light Reaction

  • There are two parts to the photosynthetic process. The first part is the light reaction, which takes place in the thylakoid membrane of the chloroplasts. Light is absorbed by chlorophyll and other pigments, like beta-carotene. Each pigment absorbs a slightly different color, or wavelength, of light. A wavelength of light is energy, and this energy is collected in a central chlorophyll molecule and converted to energy. This energy is stored as a chemical called adenosine triphosphate or ATP.
Dark Reaction

The dark reaction is called that because it doesn't need light to happen. It takes place in a structure within the chloroplast called the stroma. Within the stroma, the ATP created during the light reaction couples with carbon dioxide in a process called the Calvin cycle to create sugar. These sugars are transported throughout the plant via a structure called phloem. Phloem distributes nutrients to all parts of the plant so it can grow.

Look, I have like 17 or so posts here and here's a real post with a real answer.

NEXT TIME YOUR FRIEND DECIDES TO START GROWING A PLANT, DO SOME RESEARCH FIRST.

I literally read the "Autoflowering Strains" sub-forum for 2-3 weeks and you at least get a base sense of the real basics and common thoughts. I highly recommend you peruse through there, especially the stickies.

That being said, here's what I can tell of your whole situation. First, you had the heat temps way too high and started in a nutrient rich grow medium and then crushed it with a 1000ppm mix of solution. I would think about some sort of flush on that plant until it recovers, slowly bring it back and it seems like auto's mainly benefit from flowering nutrients anyway. If you choose to use Veg nutes, use literally 1/8th-or 1/4th of what it actually calls for PPM.

Your friend has fixed the temp problem it seems and that's good. DO NOT Top or FIM an auto. LST i've seen some good results, strain dependent. I saw someone with an Auto Berry Ryder in here that lst'd and he had 7 or 8 awesome colas.

Lights: 24/0 through Veg and then switch to 20/4 or 18/6 for flower are common methods. If this is "just a test grow", then TEST. I personally like the 24/0 to 18/6 switch. I should say the guy above me is also correct with that method. I've seen a guy run from start to finish with 24/0 as well. Basically just pick something and keep it that way.

Thanks for the Info KsloPokerPro and everyone else. I myself did do quite a bit of research and reading here and other forums and found alot of different opinions and some was so intricate it would take hours to go through it all. Like I said this is a test grow, that why there is only one Auto. We got 3 free seeds when we ordered the others from marijuana-seeds.nl and figured we would use these to hammer out the issues before we get the RDWC set up. We wanna do it right when it counts.
I understand RDWC is a different monster but that is for another time. I have Veggies going in a 10gal DWC as a test. My Girl wont allow MJ growing in the house.

The temp issue was because we assumed it was not that hot in the phototron but when he checked it , we found out. I don't think the nutes hurt it, He didn't saturated the soil with the solution, He just wet the soil. Here is a pic from wednesday night. Since we lowered the Temp, she has doubled in size!!!
