Here is what I would do...
Drop the enzyme product, it does indeed turn dead stuff into food, but the slime and gunk will eat that food before the plants can. Enymes are well known to aggravate a slime problem in a DWC. Drop any AN microbe products. For what ever reason, those WILL cause slime in a DWC, this again is well known, not just my guess. Drop the roots excell all together, or use it in the tea. (about 1ml per gallon). It will enhance the tea, but if used directly in a DWC res, it is likely to cause slime. Roots excell caused so much problems in my res that I don't even use it in the tea, it just sits on my back shelf. However, others do use it in the tea with great results.
Don't bother ordering Zone unless you have the extra money. It is a great product, but h202 will work just fine. Preferably the 28% or higher stuff. Even bleach can be used at a very mild dose. (Dosing info can be found in the forums). In any case, you just need a quick sterilization of the root zone, scrub any equipment and res, and then start with a fresh res and inoculate with beneficial microbes. Just about any product other than AN will work. Botanicare, GH, great white, ect are all good. If you want to make the tea I outline in my other post that would be best.
Your roots are still very healthy and I could see you turning things around in just a few days with bennies.
Beneficial microbe tea - You can substitute the molasses with about 15ml of carboload if you want
EDIT* BTW what ever you do, do not use roots excell and Zone together. Not only will Zone kill the RE, but you'll give your roots a chemical burn and, as they die, ensure root rot.
