Don't worry about the water, they just need some nitrogen and they will be fine... RO water is Reverse osmosis water that will take your waters ppm down to almost 0

I'm gonna chime in without reading the whole thread. The third pic has what I think is called nitrogen claw. ie too much N. It doesn't take much to get it and it's not a big deal. Hey I did it too so don't fret. The yellow leaves at the bottom could be a couple things I really dont know but I will tell ya NOT to trim them off, ok? You're vegging for enough time so flip the switch unless you want five foot tall plants. Gonna top them? Scrog? How many colas do you want to end up with? Personally I like UB's method of pruning to produce two to four main colas. Better to think about these things now before the plant wastes too much energy.
I would also like to say that for your first grow, you've done a terrific job

Sorry, looked overwatered but you have explained that it is not so disregard and go with what everyone is saying with the ferts and the adjustment to the reverse osmosis water. Could be old damage but i like to bring it up.

Anyway am i being propositioned here guys?lololol

Thanks, Dannyboy. But I want to say straight out that any success I have had or will have is entirely due to what I have read here. In my previous life - before retirement - I was primarily a researcher, and that seems to have served me well.

I already topped the biggest plant twice, just to keep it under control, haven't touched the rest. I figure I want to learn as much as I can before I start getting fancy. Plus, after all the trouble of getting them going, I just couldn't bring myself to trim it back between the 2nd and 3rd node....I know, I'm a pussy.

The tallest plant is only a 14" and the rest are just getting to 12". I thought that they would double or triple in size with the switch, so I was waiting for 15 to 18". Is that too tall, do you think?

I still say magnesium deficiency...classic magnesium deficiency(that and a lack of light to the lower areas of the plant). I would add 1/4-1/2 tsp per gallon epsoms salts to your feeding schedule...

Well the nutes came yesterday and I fed them today. I put in about a quarter of what was recommended to start. I'm new and I need to get a feel for this.

I also hooked up some monster CFLs as sidelights for the T5 array overhead. They're working out so well I ordered a few more.

I just topped three of the taller plants to try to even up the canopy size. I will be flipping the switch in about a week, as soon as the muffler shows up and I can quiet the ventilation noise. They look great - I'll put up a couple photos on "switch day".
