Is this normal?

Okay, so I have 2 plants that are 23 days into flower and I have noticed some browning of the hairs. It's very sparse and doesn't affect every hair on every bud site. Just like, 2-4 hairs on one plants bud site and about the same for the other plant. The hairs just turned brown and withered like. But they are not dead or crispy or anything. This is my first grow, so could anyone out there help me out?
