those lower leafs look a bit burned, but it also looks aver watered. do you let the soil dry between waterings? or did you flush in anticipation of nute burn? with these feeder soils a flush does the oppisite of what you want, relesing more nutes into the soil

I've used scotts premium before for pot and currently have some tomatoes, watermellon, lemon cuc, and zuccinni going in it. My outddor garden has done okay with it but about half way through I fed the outdoor veggies some aqua vega veg nutes to carry all the way, that helped for a while.

However, I wasn't so happy with the results of this soil with my pot plants. As soon as they reached the 3rd node or so (1-2 weeks old) during veg they went nitro deficiant, had to help em' along with Aqua Vega. I hate to feed young plants anything in fact I try not to have to feed them at all, but sometimes they need help.

Scotts really isn't that bad, it is nice, light, airy, and doesn't retain water. But since you are switching to ffof soil then they should get going.

all you have to do is put them in the fox farms ocean forest, water them correctly, and watch them come back to life. that stuff is gods gift to soil growers. its perfect plants love it
