Is this nute burn?

Started my plant off with a 1/4 strength solution and it looked like it burned it pretty bad. Started watering with no solution and the burn certainly slowed down but still seems to be present.

Am I correct that this is nute burn and maybe try flushing again or see where things go?

Looks like a nute burn to me. Flush her again. Take some sharp clean scissors and trim the yellow off the leaves with the burn. Only cut off what has turned yellow. You should be fine. BigSteve.

That's nute burn, alright. Are you sure you read the directions right? theres no way quarter-strength nutes should be burning your plant like that.

its slight nute burn, I wouldn't worry about flushing unless it gets worse.
