Growing is always a learning experience. Learn from your mistakes. You cant let your hopes get up too high, because if you do mess up, then you're in for a big let down. Consider this your trial run, and go with the flow. Get yourself a good set of nutes for all stages of development. http://www.thebigtomato.com fox farms is good.

It really isn't as complicated as your making it, your forgetting your growing a weed. Weed is an extremely hardy plant, it grows vigorously as long as something doesn't eat it, or kill it, or someone doesn't water it too much or feed it too much. You soil will work just fine, but add perlite too. Careful with the stuff that has food already in it and says it feeds for 3 months because when you get to flower stage you don't want to feed your plant nitrogen. So, just add some perlite and you should be good to go.

Just let nature do her thing. Are the AK's feminized? if not, you have a 50/50 +/- shot at it being female.

yes they are feminized it is only one plant do you think it will survive just on rainwater no nutes.

how long do you think it will take.

thanks.

Bucket...you've got a long way to go. First, you have already gotten off to a late start. In the UK generally, you'd want to plant right after the last frost around May or so...your veg cycle is dramatically decreased, thus, creating a smaller plant. When flowering occurs, you'll flower less buds because of a smaller plant.
