Is this overfeeding?

A few days ago I gave them their first low dose feeding. At first it looked like they were doing good, but now I see that the feeding was probably a mistake. They are 5 weeks from seed, planted in FF Ocean Forest soil. They have always been a dark green so it's hard to tell. If you look closely in the picture on the left, you can see one of the leaves folding a little on the plant in the small pot.

The leaves are getting this "crinkly" look. I think my light has hot spots though, and I had a couple temperature spikes, so I'm not sure if this stuff is just due to heat? I was considering flushing them but I don't want to do more harm than good. It's raining today - I wonder if I should stick them out there for a bit?IMAG0435.jpgIMAG0435.jpg

and dont flush just feed plain water. as i consider a flush too be 3x the volume of pot in water ran through soil at a slow application rate lol

can you take a picture with your flash? please.
You have something going on. Or you did have a problem in the past.
I see some messed up leaves.

I ended up putting the little one out in the rain, man what a horrible idea! I didn't realize how windy it was out there, and when I checked back later, the stem was snapped at the base and the plant was completely on its side. I tried to tape it up, at which point I really screwed up because I tore it off. I didn't know what else to do, so I just tried to treat it like a clone: shaved it and applied some rooting gel and stuck it back in the dirt. Then I trimmed off all the the leaf mass.

I hope she survives. This is starting out to be a very bad day

I circled the spots in the picture that looks like you have a problem going on.
Deformation in leaf growth, really green leaf veins, some discoloration on those leaves with the deformation.
You might be getting to big for the container there in.
Your doing a good job, your plants look beautiful.
You might have fixed the problem already. my best advice is to let it ride. keep an eye on your leafs.
If they get worse, take some pics, and come here to RIU, Members are more than happy to try and help out fellow Growers.

Well I planted them today into 5 gallon buckets. I was thinking about waiting longer, but when I checked out the bottoms of my pots, I could see roots sticking out of all of them. Pretty crazy, I did not know roots grew so fast. They were just planted into these pots only 3 weeks ago.

Gonna wait and see how they turn out - I'll take some new pictures and post them here. I am wondering if they were just getting root bound.
