Is this passive intake alright?

My tarped room is around 14x8x8 and when I have my exhaust fan on it gives the room negative pressure. I have a few random holes around the room to bring in air. Should I have holes in the ceiling of the room? I don't need an intake fan right?

Place your exhaust fan up high and your venting low. Your fan will be pulling the heat that rises in the room while cooler air from down low will be replenishing the space.

what i'm trying to ask is..will this setup be enough air exchange for a room that big, or do I need an intake fan?

well how big is the exhaust fan?
